Philippe Gauthier 1570a2bbf0 Use g_timeout_add_seconds instead g_timeout_add

The calls to g_timeout_add are replaced with g_timeout_add_seconds to
reduce the number or program wake ups. See the GNOME Goal description:

Zen Understanding -
===================
This is zenity - a rewrite of gdialog, the GNOME port of dialog
which allows you to display dialog boxes from the commandline
and shell scripts. If you understand, things are just as they 
are. If you don't understand, things are just as they are.

This software is licensed under the LGPL.

Zen Requirements -
==================
scrollkeeper and intltool.
gtk+-2.0 and libgnomecanvas-2.0.
