	* src/about.c: Provide correct help URL.

	* src/util.h, src/util.c: Add functions from
	libgnome/gnome-i18n so that we can correctly find the
	apropriate help file.

	* xmldocs.make: Install help into $(datadir)/help/$(lang)/

	* THANKS: Update from the code I stole from libgnome
