running this on archlinux flatpak x86, results in this error. game is playable but the sound is completely missing.

Found the solution on the discord. For anyone who is not on the discord looking for a solution. Find the x86 apk of pocket edition, extract it with an archive utility (like ark or winzip) and copy the libminecraft.so file to ~/.minecraftpi/overrides (may be diff location than flatpak) and then sound just works.

Sorry I didn’t see this sooner. I think both the x86 and arm apks work. Also, there is actually some documentation for this: https://gitea.thebrokenrail.com/minecraft-pi-reborn/minecraft-pi-reborn/src/branch/master/docs/SOUND.md
