    "Unix" tar distributions (Cosmin).

  Removed test for sqrt() from configure.ac and configure.
  Added "OS2" to list of systems that don't need underscores, in pnggccrd.c

  Disabled default iTXt support that was inadvertently enabled in
    libpng-1.2.9beta1.
