This is libpng 1.0.9 ported to WindowsCE 2.0 and 2.11.
libpng 1.0.9 is a PNG reference library.

zlib for WindowsCE

This library requires zlib for WindowsCE. You can use the supplied
zlib.diff and zlibce.def files to add WindowsCE support to libpng-1.1.3.
